Behind the why

I’m Michelle Gaudette, a proud North Shore native who was born and raised right here in the community I serve. Today, I’m grateful to still call the North Shore home, where I live with my husband, our two kids, and our beloved furbaby, Jasmin.

Real estate is more than a career for me—it’s a way to serve the people and neighborhoods I care so deeply about. I believe in showing up, giving back, and building relationships rooted in trust. That commitment extends beyond real estate through my role on the Board of Directors for the Danvers Community Council - People to People Food Pantry, where I help support local families in need. I also actively support our troops through various charities by sending cards, care packages, and donations.  Serving others isn’t something I do on the side — it’s a core value that guides both my life and my work.

When I’m not helping clients navigate their next move, you’ll likely find me reading a good book, baking something sweet, crafting, or spending time with friends and family — whether that’s heading out to a local event or simply sharing laughter and conversation at home. I believe relationships matter, trust is everything, and home is where life happens — and I’m honored to help people find theirs.
